In a recent announcement, Reggie Fils-Aime revealed in an interview with an American television station that Nintendo has having talks with Take-Two about bringing Grand Theft Auto to Nintendo consoles (More obviously the Wii). The final decision however, lies with Take-Two. Fingers crossed.

Planet Grand Theft Auto is the source, but they don't say what station Reggie was talking with.
I believe there was talk about this earlier to. Sounds plausible to me.
