A few days ago, Call of Duty 4 was anounced. This time, surprisingly, they are actually NOT releasing a Call of Duty based on World War 2. CoD4 will in face be based in modern warfare.

Now, wether or not the trailer is prerendered or contains some in game footage, it's hard to tell, especially with the graphical quality of some games these days. Either way, the debut trailer looks friggin' awsome. Check it out below:

I wasn't looking forward to Call of Duty 4 until I heard it was going to be modern warfare,I was getting VERY burnt out on WW2. Now I am very excited about this game!

Ya, I didnt even care for call of duty much at all cause before it was just a generic WW2 shooter pretty much. We need more games set in modern times...
