This October (the 1st specifically), we will finally, after all this time, get to play The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for the Nintendo DS, according to a recent Nintendo press release. The game has already been released in Japan, and has been flying off the shelves over there.

When it does come out, be sure to register the game on Nintendo's website. Doing so (and filling out a short survey) will get you an awsome special stylus sent right to your house. The stylus will look like an old fashioned quill, modeled after an item you can get in the game.

Along with the release date announcment for Phantom Hourglass, Nintendo also quickly mentioned that one of the big Wii titles this year, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, will be comming out (only) a week later than expected. Augest 27th to be exact, so there is no need to worry too much about having to wait longer
